This is just a short note to thank you for your concern and superb customer service during our recent visit to Paris. You may recall that when we arrived at the A Hotel we were told that we had not made a reservation. Before the hotel called you I was convinced by them that the mistake was made by you. I am now aware that the mistake was made by the A Hotel and not your agency. I saw the fax that you sent to them concerning our reservation. I am very pleased with the way that you handled it by finding us a room so quickly in the same area and at the same price. I also want to thank you for the complimentary breakfast. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful to us and we will be staying with them again as well as recommending them to our friends. Please give them our thanks! We are very experienced travelers so we know that mistakes will occur. It is how you manage the mistakes that makes the difference between an average agency and the superb! Thanks a million!
